Wait.

Are we letting Giovinco go for free, 6 months earlier than his contract expires. And replacing him with one of these knob jockeys?

We play with 1 CF and 2 SS/CAM. With Gio, we had 4 SS/CAM, and 2 CF. Basically 2 players for each spot. In this equation, we are making a loss to have 3 CF and 3 SS for a 4-3-1-2? Not to mention they're fucking shit.

wut. how does this make sense?

Tevez/Coman--Llorente/Morata/Osvaldo(Pazzini)
----------Pereyra(no other CAM)

Yea it doesn't really make much sense if Gio would be needed on the field some day before summer.. but then again, he almost never is needed.

Adriano Galliani was fooled into admitting Milan “will sign Mattia Destro or Daniel Osvaldo,” while Pippo Inzaghi “will stay save for a catastrophe.”

The CEO was caught out by a prank phone call on a radio station when called up by someone imitating Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero.

The fake patron asked about rumours Coach Inzaghi will be sacked if Milan lose to Lazio tonight in the Coppa Italia.

“We went in front against Sassuolo and then lost, then did the same against Lazio,” replied Galliani.
“Will I get rid of Inzaghi? No, save for a catastrophe of biblical proportions we will go on with him until the end of the season, then we’ll see.”

Galliani was also asked about his plans on the transfer market.
“I am looking for a centre-forward on loan and I will sign Osvaldo or Destro. Are you sending Okaka out on loan? If so, then I’ll call you.”

The negotiations for Roma striker Destro were already confirmed, but Galliani confessed interest in Inter outcast Osvaldo.

Now a free agent, Cassano has been linked with a number of clubs, and Allegri - who worked with the striker during his time at San Siro - could not hide his admiration for his quality.

"I don't talk about players from other teams, although at the moment Cassano is no longer in another team," explained Allegri in a press conference.

"At the moment we have five strikers in attack, and at the moment no-one else has come in.

"Cassano is a player I coached at Milan, who fortunately was crucial in the Scudetto race. He's a player who has great quality on a technical level.

"I only speak about the players I have available, and then those who arrive I'll speak to when they get here.

"We'll see what opportunities there are before doing anything else, but we're alert to that, we don't need to worry and we can just think about the next game, which is tomorrow." - Allegri from a Goal article
