Do you know how the Impact got Nesta to sign w/o being a DP? It still baffles me. I went to Montreal just to watch Nesta, and then saw TFC on two other occasions vs IMFC just to see Nesta. Two times he didn't play due to injury, and the one in Montreal, he played for 10 minutes and then got injured :(
He then came to the ISL, played 45 mins and was injured for the rest of the tournament. It was sad seeing random Indian players dribble easily past a clearly done legend.

I wonder if Italy ever gonna produce defenders like this again. The answer is probably no.

Every time we're linked to a new player now there's gonna be some tinfoil hat conspiracy loving neckbeards talking about how it's financed by the sale of Pogba. Happened with Vidal too, we done so well spending the Vidal money that we managed to buy him back too apparently

Let me start with this => for me the perfect defender was Thuram, that was probably the best player I've seen play in defense. Right after him it was probably Nesta. Italy became from country that produces the best defenders to country that produces.... well nothing maybe Gk's

I've only mentioned 'sale of Pogba' because Mino is his agent and we all know what Raiola is capable of.

Everyone is better than Nando currently is.

Nando looks just like this on the field right now:

Llorente is so frustrating at times.

I heard Lazio are after Balotelli now.

If Giovinco leaves now, we're going to panic buy someone for sure...:sergio: I hope we just keep him until June.

Haha I hope so

Seriously, I'm afraid of selling Pogba, and not because I don't trust Marotta, Nedved and everyone else, but because I'm scared of ending up like Liverpool and Tottenham by doing the exact same thing.

MAYBE we don't rely on Pogba as much as those teams did on their respective starts. But we do rely on him till some point. Can we get player(s) that reach and surpass that point of influence since the very beginning? If so, whom would they be?

I really can't have a word here, it's not clear which pat we will follow (433 or 4312, maybe another formation?) so I can't tell if we would chase CAMs, Wingers or whatever. One thing is for sure, and that is that we must get a decesive striker. Apart from that with Carlos leaving in the near future, nothing is certain.

The first mistake Liverpool did was buying English players at least majority, they suck, England has no real quality football players and Rooney for me is an average player with good stamina and shot. Liverpool also has no base on which they've build their team, it was all Suarez plus with Utd being shit, they played football on 'Hooray' and tactics we'll score more than you. I've never seen a team so reliant on one player, we are not that's what gives me hope.

BTW if we are up for an AM what do you guys think of getting Diego Ribas back ?
