IMO Bayern would just offer around 10m€ plus a nice signing fee of around 10-15m. If thats not enough for him, then he must go to Real instead. City would pay him whatever he wants, but City is not an option for him. If its for the money, then Bayern wont sign him, but I see him moving to Bayern with the only other possible destination Real.
