I don't know what to think about Rodriguez. He is potentially the best LB in the world and if he has a contract until 2016 then i can see a lot of clubs trying to get him in the summer. That could drive his price high up. I think we have slim chances to get him unless he only wants Juve or we act fast and steal him now in January (which is not very likely)...

Not could, but will for sure. I can't see such a player in Serie A anyway. As for our chances, I believe we have none when it comes to him. Sadly, but oh well, it's not I ever expected to see him here.

You never know with Real Madrid. It wouldn't be shocking for them to shell out a huge transfer fee on the next highly touted attacking talent even though they already have Ronaldo, Bale, James and Isco. Then we pounce.

But yeah, ain't happening. Mata is a more realistic possibility. Shaqiri and Pastore even more realistic.
