Sturaro would be useless, especially since Allegri even refused to rest Pogba in the Coppa while Padoin was on the bench.

Hopefully we end up getting no one. We don't really need Zaza now. I'd rather we saved up some money for Summer so we could focus on actual improvements.
I wish Allegri tested 433 more and decided to go for a winger instead of classic AM but that's just my wishful thinking.

I don't mind Sturaro since he's already ours and wouldn't cost us a penny. He seems to be a talented kiddo, maybe we could make some use of him.

Asamoah's arguably even ahead of Evra, though comparisons are hard due to the formers problems at the beginning of the season and the latter's present injury.

The backup is injured for now. And Caceres can easily fill in if needed. You don't need to replace every injured player in a mercato. Then we'd also need 2 central defenders because Barzagli & Ogbonna are out.

I can't really judge at this point as I haven't seen Sturaro on more than one or two occasions tbh. But having him as a backup for Romulo (since he's injured)? I don't see what's wrong with that. I wouldn't really mind that.

But as for Zaza I honestly have no clue why would we do that? Loan out Coman to get Zaza? Lol, we have Tevez, Llorente and Morata capable of scoring goals. What we need is somebody behind them, which is exactly Coman and not Zaza. I'm gonna hate that move if happens. Not because Zaza would come (which is pretty pointless gotta say) but dropping out Coman.

Agree with you fully here, my point was more that we aren't really in a pressing need for an LB, seeing as Asamoah is both relatively young and a good player, and that we can count on him next season for sure. The only way an LB would make sense would be if we acquired a truly world class player in that position, who is better than Asamoah, which I don't see happening.

Besides, we've got two CFs right now anyways in Llorente and Morata. Three would not make any sense, and I don't see us selling either of the two, at least not in this window.
However, I believe the Zaza rumors to be BS anyways to be honest.
