ah, your logic again. im wondering where did you get Falcao from
All of the rumors in the papers since October until now. But maybe you don't know how to read.

It's going to end with us resigning Giovinco, and promising him the #10 when Tevez leaves.
Or some other crappy Italian striker other than the ones we already had (Immobile and Zaza).

and you take those rumors as granted and actually believe Marotta did (or will) negotiate with Monaco/United for Falcao this trasfer window?

well i guess then this could also be a correct statement

Diamanti > Sneijder > Mkhitaryan

Marotta is really a genius :beppe:

After all, Marotta is the one who does it to himself.

Now go the $#@! to bed.
"We were following him and there was contact," Marotta told RAI. "We were very close to [signing] Falcao and the player preferred Italy and our colours, but then United came forward and they have much more spending power than we do so the deal broke down."
are you blaming Marotta for not having more money to spend that Manchester United? seriously, if youre gonna complain atleast do it right

Linked with Jovetic again!!!!

Isn't this now the 5th transfer market where we have been linked with him. If we like him that much, just buy him. Maybe we do have an opportunity to buy him but Marotta won't pay up.

My guess is we could have him for around 20-25m. Watch Marotta offer 2m with an option to buy at 15m. Then watch him go to Arsenal for 20m cash.

Just a quick one on Jovetic.

Man City paid Fiorentina 23m pounds for him in July 2013 for a 5 year contract. This means that his value on Man City's books is now around 16m pounds or EU21m. Anything less than 21m would result in a loss to Man City. Also Jovetic gets paid around EU5m from Man City. Bear in mind though, that these figures usually get quoted on a pre-tax basis. Juve could offer him a 5 year contract at EU3-3.5m a year (after tax), and it would be attractive to him.

If I was Marotta, I would offer 2m loan + OBLIGATION to buy in the summer for 18m and offer Jovetic a 5 year contract worth EU3m per season after tax

Taking a quick look at Jovetic this season, he has made 12 appearances, scored 5 goals and 2 assists. Which is actually pretty good.

Key risk with Jovetic of course is that he tends to be quite injury prone.
