I'd be open to selling Llorente in the Winter and using most of that money to pay for one of our Sassuolo lads, probably Zaza as Berardi is obviously a very different player.

I don't even rate Zaza that highly but Llorente is probably the least mobile striker i've seen at any top club in years. Luca Toni for us was more energetic

Imagine
-------Berardi-----Morata/Zaza---
--------------Tevez------

That's a lot better than what we use right now, plus Zaza and Berardi already play together.

Not at the cost of spending 15m on him though.I mean if we end up buying him, thats nearly 50m spent on Pereyra,Berardi and Zaza from next summer's budget and nobody with a straight face can say we've done well in improving the starting eleven quality.

And i dont even think Llorente would fetch us much money if we sell him.

How about playing Tevez as CF in 433 and Morata as his replacement? Berardi on RWF and we buy some proper winger for LWF? Llorente is far from good right now but I can't see us being left with Morata and Zaza as CFs.

Nah not 15M but if we can possibly sell Llorente and get Zaza plus pocket even a tiny profit i'd be all over it. Llorente is just useless and I say that in the most serious way I possibly can.

Certainly beats using one of our b2b mids as a fkn CAM and watching Llorente stumble over his own feet time and time again.

As long as we add some width to our game i'm happy.

He's more reliable that Tuttosport over the years tho lol.

Yessir, tell Agnelli cut that cheque with 48 months installments real quick.

Firmino is really awesome. Himself, Christian Eriksen or Héctor Herrera would be my options to replace Vidal if he dips.
Herrera would be fantastic, nationalism aside :p

We should be realistic about the situation. Things are quite simple. We had a team that was levels above everyone else in Italy. However, the rest of the teams are now becoming stronger in a fastest rate than us. We converted to a new system and the board has not yet been able to provide our coach a player for one of the most important positions of the teams. If we don't do something quickly, we will soon not be the strongest team in Italy. And when this happens, some of our players might want to leave the team. It's natural from an ambitious player's perspective not to want to stay in a team which does not advance in a quick rate.

We can't win matches with determination and hard work all the time. The talent of the team needs to be increased. If the board trusts Allegri, they have to provide him a good AMC. Currently we have none (apart from the 18 years old Coman). If they don't, I think they see him rather than a temporary solution until next summer.

IMO our worst two misses have been Shaqiri and Mandzukic. I wouldn't include Sanchez because we don't know whether those figures are accurate. The final figures for the former two are a great deal though. That's pretty much the money for Pereyra and Morata right there.

Nainggolian.

Shaqirir is seriously overrated and doesn't fit our system (not that I wouldn't maybe have taken him for ~15 million, but it's not a terrible miss imo), and when Mandzukic was available we had Llorente off the back of a great season.

I thought we had the deal and then backed off because of our early exit on the CL?
Perhaps, in truth we actually don't really have much of an idea what's going on in the management or negotiations anyways. But if we'd actually admit that, 90% of the transfer section on this forum is completely meaningless :D

Pretty good description. The thing is it's too late already. If Coman doesn't explode then Allegri will have to stick with Vidal and Pereyra as am. We won't find improvement for him this window.

Nainggolan? Marchisio, Vidal and Pogba all beat him AND they were cheaper. Cagliari is asking for 13 mil for his remaining half, Roma's completely getting ripped off.

He's good but the lastthing we needed/need was/is another CM. We need wingers and decent fullbacks.

Talk about removing the foundation on which 'Tuz has been build.

This is a sickening statement. I would call it Internet Terrorism. Words written only to create fear and chaos among the loyal 'Tuz-members who's daily bread is the Football Section.

Oh come on, did you seriously just set the transfers of Marchisio, Vidal and Pogba as a benchmarks for transfers in general

By doing that, at least 95% of all transfers are completely and utterly retarded.
