You have to take a chance with those players before everybody else notices them. I think it's too late.

agree. but in pogba is a pretty unique case, even by big club standards. not every young talent can force his way into big first team as a teenager like messi, rooney or pogba.

that's why i think we will only take thee sort of risks if we already have established players in that position. take pogba for example, it was a risk, but we knew if things didnt work out we had marchisio, vidal and pirlo. same with coman and morata.
