Realistic?

Also, if we do decide to use wingers next season, I think we need to sign two.
yes he is, as in, yes he is the best player in the list.

And yes, if we go with wingers, we need two. And that sir, is going to be an expensive mercato considering what we need in the other departments.

Honestly, if we decide to go with wingers again that means the majority of our budget will go to the midfield AGAIN (3 years in a row)...and that I am not so sure is smart because we can't keep rebuilding our midfield every year. That shows no clear direction.

I voted for Ribery but I also like Mata and Hazard

anyway, I think we should first decide on the coach then start making transfers, perhaps we'll get a coach who doesn't play wingers as Ferrara or anything

Ribery is the obvious choice, but an impossible dream.

I'm stuck between Silva, Mata and Di Maria, as I havent seen enough of the other candidates to make an informed choice (other than Sanchez, who is still too raw, imo).

Hazard. Young, fast, not as expensive, immense technically and not injury prone. Also 10+ years of a quality player.

Would people think that we'd need another left winger then or give the place to Iago/a youth product?

You think we're gonna give some attacking youth product a chance? :howler:

Any of Hazard, Krasic, Sanchez would do IMO.

Ribery would be great but I'd rather invest somewhere else too and not splash the bank on him, leaving our defense weak as hell.

sure, abate is not an amazing player. But an overlooked player for sure. He had the best succesful cross ratio at torino if i recall correctly. Anyway why i like him is his functionalilty and how he masters the old fashioned needs for the winger. you know what you get; pace, crosses, width and endurance.

Sanchez from Udine? the kid has got talent but lacks any finishing touch. How much would Hazard cost?

Or in other words old school players. Last thing this dying Serie A needs. :p

He's poor when it comes to one-on-one while he's not really fast. I'd say he's a sub material for a team like Viola.

Yeah, that Sanchez. I think he can make it in a big club, a new and a good coach can make him a top player. He plays great for his NT.

No idea about Hazard. He'd kinda hyped up, so if some EPL team joins the race it's gonna be something huge probably.
