From Forex.com:

"AP: Wikileaks documents show that Saudi and Jordan asked/pushed the US to attack Iran.

Popcorn and sodas at the ready.

All slowly being released by 5 newspapers. Guardian and NY times are on my list to watch for a while."

Leaked Cables Reveal True US Worldview

He said WikiLeaks has made public leaked leaked documents from more than 100 countries over the past four years, "from assassinations in East Timor to the behaviour of some of the biggest United States private banks, so we cover everything."

Hmm, looks like another interesting day. :numnum:

Last time around the Wikileaks documents were somewhat of a nothingburger, so we'll see what this stuff is about. If Saudi Arabia and Jordan want to attack Iran, then have at it you little leachfucks. Hope something in here is juicy enough to blow up JP Morgan Chase.

    ...

Washington is running a secret intelligence campaign targeted at the leadership of the United Nations, including the secretary general, Ban Ki-moon and the permanent security council representatives from China, Russia, France and the UK.

A classified directive which appears to blur the line between diplomacy and spying was issued to US diplomats under Hillary Clinton's name in July 2009, demanding forensic technical details about the communications systems used by top UN officials, including passwords and personal encryption keys used in private and commercial networks for official communications.

It called for detailed biometric information "on key UN officials, to include undersecretaries, heads of specialised agencies and their chief advisers, top SYG [secretary general] aides, heads of peace operations and political field missions, including force commanders" as well as intelligence on Ban's "management and decision-making style and his influence on the secretariat". A parallel intelligence directive sent to diplomats in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi said biometric data included DNA, fingerprints and iris scans.

Washington also wanted credit card numbers, email addresses, phone, fax and pager numbers and even frequent-flyer account numbers for UN figures and "biographic and biometric information on UN Security Council permanent representatives".

The great thing is that this leak won't just reflect poorly on the US. It's going to air a lot of dirty laundry. Especially with the political updates from Ambassadors and their staff. Pretty much some soap opera stuff, mixed in with a little torture and a few assassinations here or there. The icing on the cake will be if some clandestine leechfucks get hung out to dry.

It will be interesting to see how JBF and Rebel take the news that it's not the big boogey man USA and Israhell that wants to attack Iran, but in fact their Moslem buddies.

In anticipation of being shut down, Wiki took other avenues. Sending the documents to 5 world news outlets. The Guardian (UK), NY Times (US), Le Monde (France), Der Spiegel (Germany), and La Pais (Spain).
It is weird that they did not include Aljazeera this time, not like the last time.

    ;)

Do you think we support anything these governments do?

Simply, the Saudi government hates Iran too much because it thinks it is a good competitor with it to lead the Islamic world. That is why Saudi Arabia is ready to make allies with evil to attack Iran. It is not a secret at all. Other gay governments like Egypt and Jordan try to please the Saudis as much as they can to get more money from them. That is why you find Jordanian politicians attacking Iran all the time because they are greedy for more cash from Saudi Arabia.

In the end, this is nothing new, Andy:tup:

wikileaks is one of the best sites on the internet. It is funny how mostly Americans (not all of course) are against it while they proudly profess their believe in freedom of speech. Bunch of hypocrites.

What's remarkable is how worldly these documents are. There's even some foul language in there.

The Americans posting in this thread have been in favor of the leak.
