Officially the pink and black is an away jersey.

Blue is the third jersey.

But I guess nobody cares.

I think the blue is for Champions' League really. Similar to how Man Utd. had that blue jersey in 02-03 that they used in CL only.

No. We use blue kits in CL away games, and pink and black in Serie A away matches.
