Although I aint a fan of the thread, I think many are and therfore its prolly understandble that these guys need some entertainment .... what would be nice is if the mods did a vote on this to see how many fans of the thread we actually have..

It became a 'sin' when the posters in it started to repeatedly break the rules. It's not the thread itself; it's the rule-breaking that lead to its closure.

tbh the thread has been cleaned up a bit lately and there has not been as much need to censor,mainly me and hambon tried to keep the punters in check

it was at its best when we didnt show anything, if there was a few picks with nips,maldini etc then if anyone wanted it we gave them the link

Offcourse the majority of the pictures didn't contained nipple showing, but there were some. And thats enough... The rules says no nudity, and posting picture showing nipples is nudity.
I'm personally is pro the thread, but we should follow the rules... If we don't why should the thread be allowed to be active?

Maybe when your hormones calm down a bit, the thread will be opened.

There have been warning about it several times and yet the rules kept being broken. Take a few days break and the thread might come to life again, don't make such a big deal of it now.

The beauty of the day thread has been repeatedly warned, at least 10 times, surely. That's not the case with other threads. The football threads are simply closer to the topic of the site and forums too, regardless of Milanisti.

To be honest, I am not surprised it was closed. It has gotten out of hand far too often. And for the 8-year-old budding Juve fan, I'm surprised Marty hasn't received nastygrams from irate moms. Then you combine that with the distaste it leaves on some would-be female posters here (and some men, not to exclude you, Erik ), and it's no wonder why so many people questioned why a footie forum should devote a thread to soft core porn.

I've gone in and edited out over-the-top posts in there more times than I can count. But that certainly doesn't stop them... they keep coming back, creating a maintenance headache on the site.

I've gone back and forth on keeping that thread open a number of times. I do like the suggestion that posters who violate those rules should be subject to bans, etc. That's not something we have explored much previously -- it's a warranted idea. But that thread has always lived on the razor's edge of being left alone or wiped out. I expect that to always be the case.
