concerning 9/11, its not bin laden who did it, some US organizations made a deal with the planners, the planes that crashed were controlled by remote from ground
You say it like it's a fact. That's a pretty bold statement

moreover, how can terror groups hunt 2 planes in the USA without alerting the security police? it doesnt make any sense, and what makes it more obvious is that 2 hours after the crash, Bush announced that it was done by Bin Laden...
Security wasn't very tight at all back then, especially airport security, so it would've have been hard.

Anyways, am I the only one that thinks these Madrid attacks werent all that sophisticated like everyone says? I mean, all you need is some explosivs, timers and people to leave them on the trans, whats so hard about that?

No, you're absolutely right.

If I really wanted to I could do this myself. Just look at the internet for a few minutes.
I could also just buy myself a snipergun and shoot randomized people and the police probably wouldn't find me.

I guess the hardest thing is not to get caught before, like those guys with 500 kg of explosives in their van. But if everythings done right, attacks like this arent all that hard. I bet people from this forum could do them.

Too bad the "hiding in the boot with a sock covering your gun-hole" tactic's already been taken ;) You need a new idea :D

There's nothing any of wouldnt do in the right circumstances. Terrorism, murder, stealing... everyone has it in them, the only difference is how what the circumstances need to be to get it out to the surface.

I dont completely agree with you Nedved. I agree about the Iraq thing, Afghanistan, Korea etc, but I dont believe for a second that Bush or the congress (or America at all for that matter) ordered that two planes be be crashed in the WTC towers. The truth is that he did use those events to the maximum but there is no way that he ordered them.
ditto...

no matter how greedy Bush, or anyone in the US government is, There's no way he'll kill his own people, cause chaos, screw the economy....

I'm sure there's way more to 9/11 then we know, but i wouldn't go that far Nedved. It's not logical!

What pisses me off is how people are automatically branded terorists and others not.

More innocent Iraqis died on the FIRST DAY OF THE US BOMBINGS than the victims of 9/11. What do you call Bush?

on 9/11, Tanks, Bulldozers, and planes completely demolished The Town of Jenin in Palestine and it was NEVER EVEN MENTIONED IN THE NEWS. Thousands were brutally massacered, burried alive, raped, thrown from their homes while it went unnoticed! Has the Israeli Aramy ever been branded Terrorists?!?! :groan: Of course not, because they're backed by the US government. They threaten the whole region with their Nukes!!
Get this, the only form of retaliation for palastininans, who've been treated worse than most anamals on earth, is throwing stones and blowing themselves up. Ok, I dont support killing innocent people, but i ask myself what i would do if an army came to my home, raped my family in front of me, beat me, burried them alive, then left me wounded to die (god forbid), blowing myself up willl surely cross my mind!
To tell you the truth, I honestly dont know what to think about this... The good and bad is all blurred into one...

Anyhow, When the USA killed tens of thousands Japanese people (if not, more) at the End of WWII because of revenge on pearl harbor, have they ever been branded terrorists or mass murderers of women and children??

It's all f'ed up!

we cant help it Josh. We Muslims face as much discrimination as anyone :)

This is a sad tragedy. 199 is a BIG number. Sigh.

I'm with Zlatan- I don't support terrorism AT ALL, but sometimes it's understandable why they do it.

killing people doesnt help anything
it does in many cases... it opens many people's eyes to whats going on, it provides a form of resistance for the weak, It drives huge invading/opressing armies crazy and in many cases these huge armies have no choice but to leave .... but it's worse because the weak/opressed are being as inhuman as their opressors by retaliating.

The Huge dillemma is: Should i retaliate and kill their innocent to drive the opressors away from my innocent people?? or should i just bow and continue to live in opression and missery?!

tough one, eh?
This is where logic ends, and emotions come in to choose the first option.

If there's love to begin with, this all won't happen. All it takes is one friggin asshole to start this terrible chain reaction. some reactions have been going on for years and years.

WHERE IS THE LOVE PEOPLE?
ONE THING IS CLEAR:

PEACE IS THE ONLY OPTION. THIS MEANS ALL SIDES HAVE TO MAKE COMPRAMIZES AND TRY AS BEST AS POSSIBLE TO FORGET THE PAST AND MOVE ON TOGETHER AS HUMANS.

War is natural, peace is artificial. Certain people will never forget the past to move on together as humans. Human nature is idealisticly self-centered. The weak/opressed/offended will always stay that way, and it will take generations to forget the past.

20% of my country is occupied by terrorists from a neighboring nation. We have more than 1,000,000 refugees. Some villages have been literally growned, thousands women and children were killed purely because of their nationality, and guess how it made me feel when I saw those corps on TV.

200 people killed in Madrid. At the very same time people keep dying in Kahmire, Chechnya, Karabakh, Ireland, Afghanistan, Iraq, Georgia... there are so many places on this planet where humans kill one another every single day.

War has always been a certepiece of the history of human kind. And it will always stay that way.

sadly, i know... harsh, but very true...

but let me point out that there can be peace ... not nessesarily global peace, but in some at least. we know it can't be perfect, but there's no doubt that it can be better (or "less worse" )
