Well you have to believe that there is no such thing as a soul and that character is controlled by genes.

Genes come at birth - if genes cause evilness - evilness comes at birth.

Voilà. Doesn't take a rocket scientist.

Which is good cause I'm not that smart :D

Genes causing evilness was quite the quantum leap in the first place, so it's not all that simple Erik

dont forget environment. it has to do a lot. what if hitler was born in the us?
I agree. I recently watched a documentary on Stalin- he was a nice kid back in Georgia while young. Only when he joined the Party and felt sweetness of being evil did he change.

which brings us to another point. things like the Communists come only when they are needed. imagine if things had been good in Russia and Germany. who would think about creating Nazzi and Communist parties?

what are you trying to say Don ?
well. if u have a job and make enough money to have a decent standart of living why would u bother with joining a group that wants radical changes and thinks that the only to change is by civil war?

now if u (just like people in Russia) lived in a country where the Czar (King) was making u die of hunger? would u want to do something? in theory communism is a very good thing and people who started it were only thinkin for the good of the majority who was dying of hunger.

should i make myself more clear?

Correct. But sometimes Nazis and Communists types come after someone's stupidity.

Russia's last tzar, Nikolai the II. He was very weak and dumb. If he didn't order to mobilize and thus scare the Germans months before the first WW, there would've been no first WW, which devostated both Germany and Russia, as a result of which, Nazies came to power in Germany and Communists picked it up in the Soviet Union.

Yes that guy. Laughable. Can't remember his name either ... Chamberlain was it?

But what you said is fascinating Don. I used to think those things all the time during history class (still do occasionally during boring classes :D). It lies in line with the theory that, when travelling back in time, one musn't move a muscle. For stepping on a twig could destroy a forest in the future (present).

    Fascinating stuff.
