I think that a CB should be our priority, but I really have to go for De Rossi. I'm a really big admirer. He can do anything basically and next to Momo would make our midfield seriously grimy. Plus I like CMs a lot.

5th- should be a CB, but unfortunately I can't really think of a solid, expereinced CB I really like right now

IMO, Diego is on top just like the names you mentioned. Once he comes over (hopefully) he will have more chances to be considered one of the best, though he's already to me one of the best ATM.
