I think they should make it a competitive rule that all eligible gymnasts must sleep with FIG president, Bruno Grandi, to determine whether the gymnast is old enough.

A hymen spot-check won't work, given what those girls have to rupture up there. So the only solution is to have Prof. Grandi sleep with the prospective contestants.

This includes the men as well as the women.
