Kaka will not become any worse, but in Italy, defenders and
midfields learn very fast .

Kaka`bases his goal power in medium and long range shots.

next season we will see how rivals will not let him shot so often.

They're trying to shut him down now...the thing is that you can't press him tight when he's on the outside because he'll beat you with his footskills. That's why they have to play off of him, but he uses that space to take a good long shot. Basically, you can't beat him, you can only hope to contain (or injure) him.

Kaka is new for the Italian Teams defenders...i saw him many times when he was playing in Brazil. The kind of dog-like, opresive midfielders (edgar davids style) were not easy cake for him and comonly succeded in neutralizing him .

Remember Hernan Crespo when he arrives in Italy? he was the boss. Nobody was able to stop him. Capocanonieri....and then, what happens?...

they get a player like cafu who had a very bad season and plays well for them...we pay money for legrotagllie who had a good season and he screws up with us!!

He may struggle a bit next year (the infamous "Difficult Second Season") but he's a class player, and he'll be one of the best player around for a long time to come.

Yes, he was nuetralised like that when he played for Brazil, but with Milan, it's a different formation and he plays in a different position which allows him more freedom.

I'd certainly take any of those players, but Rui Costa is not what we need. He's old, and doesn't score. We could get Ambrosini and Abbiati, IMO. They want to get out of Milan and we could use them. The only hting is that Milan will want one of our players for them, so let's give them Camoranesi!

I like that deal Ian.

Abbiati impressed me greatly when he was Milan's first-choice keeper, and he's light-years ahead of Chimenti, that's for sure.

The secret behind Milan's power is that the team is based on three young stars
Nesta
Pirlo
Kaka
take these three and they are left with nothing
they will be just like Inter :wallbang:

I can't believe how some are comparing Kaka to players like Hernan Crespo in some aspects or talking like we are witness to a flash in the pan (save those comments for Legro and Miccoli please). The reason Kaka is getting this attention is because of his integration into Serie A while players like Nedved waited 10 years to peak or others are in the confines of Serie B or small teams at 21 years old. Anyone remember his first game? He broke the entire midfield and fed Cafu and Sheva up front. It was like he was a veteran of Serie A. Someone spoke of defenders shutting him down...his abilities are more than just scoring goals...
Forget Crespo...forget Nedved .. forget Recoba or whatever lame ass comparison people are trying to throw on him to justify and secure his downfall...
Long range shots only? 5 of his goals were metres from the keeper...
I would like to remind some other "theorists" that the reason Milan WINS and wins big is because of DEPTH and not relying on a few players...in the first half of the season Sheva scored 14 goals.....in the biggest games this season either Maldini or Nesta was missing and players like COSTACURTA came in to sub getting 7.5 marks....The ability of midfielders like Ambronsini, Seedorf and even Rui Costa to score big in big games..the ability of Pancaro to win us games..the ability to play as a team and not blame losses on out of form players.....if you think Milan is about one or two players you REALLY have not been paying attention to this season.
