A consistent problem I have is that I'm wiping the floor with Milan, Inter, Lazio and Roma, but dropping loads of points against weaker teams. It's probably because they put 11 players in their box and somehow withstand the pressure, but the bigger teams play an open game. It's so frustrating.

nosub, make sure you have Counter Attacks selected in your tactics. Also, if you have good crossers of the ball and strikers who can jump and head, you can score goals even against the negative teams.


Anyone know how to manage Portugal?

I'm having a rough time at the moment....

Defensively, Ferreira and Carvalho are useful, but there is no one else great. I especially get caught out for pace at the back.
They also lack "point men", I'm using Igor and Pauleta up front, but the latter retires in a few months! So then I' won't have an out and out goal scorer unless I find one soon. I have no problems with wingers or attacking midfielders, Portugal produce the best of these. I have Quaresma and Ronaldo for each flank, Figo up front (soon to be replaced by Deco and covered by a youngster).

So I find I can set up goals, but lack finishers. And I concede far too many easy goals. Maniche and Costinha are not awesome in the game at protecting my defence, but it looks like I'll have to play them both there to help them out.

Im Chievo for a challenge, in my first season, i have managed to end on 4th almost 3rd position!, beaten all the big teams several times, and has a goal difference on 50 scored 14 conceded.

Sculli is awesome, scored 23 goals in Serie A this season.

Yeah quite incredible, i saw his low asking price, then i easily bought him, he is awesome on CM, after three-four seasons i can sell him for about 30M Euros or keep him.

Ventola - 3M Euros
Roque Junior - 1M Euros
Guzman - almost free

Zanchi of Bologna is very interessting he is good, but i have used all the money i had from Perrotta now.

Anoyone heard of a oskitz something who plays for real sociedad youth team?? Signed him when he was sixteen.

he has got extremetly high physical attributes, reasonable mental attributes, with high creativity and influence, but his technical side lacks abitt but has 20 for passi, 20 for set pieces and 20 pens....anyone heard of this guy???

Yeah, Oskitz Estefania, he's got pretty good base attributes; train him up and he can be a good player

well on my ****ed up databse he is called puga, which appears to be a classier name.

I create a english confrence team, and i dont kno how i managed to get him, but he is the star man by far.....pretty good for what is basically a non proffesional league.
