At the start he's a real bargain. He's solid, maybe not spectacular though. Decent pace, decent everything needed for a young defender. However, he often ended up in the reserves for me, and I can't remember who I had covering for him. They must have been good.
This time, he's gone to Atletico Madrid, and I don't need him anyway. I just need to keep Legro fora few years, or buy someone better, while I wait for my 16/17 yo defenders to make the grade.
De La Cuesta is very good considering his poor mental stats. The first time I played CM03/04 he was my second non-EU signing.....the first was Patricio Perez. Who wasn't especially awesome to say the least. But he wasn't terrible.
