I've just started managing Juve in April 2006, finished 5th in the league, but the old manager didn't give me much to work with. Things weren't going great with Porto (they have terrible strikers) and my job was insecure anyway (hardly fair since I joined mid season) and when the Juve manager was sacked, I couldn't turn down their offer.
I've been forced to play
----------------Buffon------------------
Tudor----Legro----Zanchi------Zamb
Camo-----Nedved-----Appiah----Denilson
----------Trez----------Miccoli-----------
Financially not looking too great (balance is £35m which is low for Juve). The foolish previous managers bought Ze Roberto for about £12m, and Denilson for £28m.....now that's £40m on two players who cover the same damn position!
Thuram has been passed to Milan, then back to Juve, then back to Milan in 3 seasons.
Di Vaio has gone (OK, so at least that's realistic) for £5m.
I don't expect many transfer funds since I've missed out on CL, finished in a terrible position, and have had the previous managers throwing away the money.
My plan is to sell either del Piero or Trez to raise funds. And also send Ze Roberto somewhere.
I'm already bringing in a long term replacement for Nedved (15 year old called Edvaldo da Silva Santos) and a left winger.
I don't need any DMs since I have Brighi, Blasi and Appiah. I was looking at Palombo for a bit though.
Defence is crap. Backup is from Montero and Iuliano. So I'm bringing in some reinforcements for a total of £12.5m which is why I need to sell some players.
I'm hoping Roncatto will accept my contract offer. He was moving to Parma but they messed up on EU signings so now I just have to confince him to give Guarani the finger. I smashed them when I was in Brazil so he should follow me....
Overall, it could be worse. But the problem is, all the competition have strengthend immeasurably compared to Juve in 3 years. Inter won the Scudetto

And I finished below Sampdoria.
I'm going to need quick results next season or else I'll get sacked.
