Horribly unrealistic. First of all, Zambrotta is not suited to a three man defense, he's a fullback or more accurately a wingback who can play fullback. That doesn't mean that he can play in a three man back line. And Del Piero will never play in the hole, he hates it, considering himself a striker, not a midfielder.
