It's a Charles Dickens' quote but I translated it into Russian (my personal ironic touch ). Now, my Russian is very bad so Elena is helping me out - don't quote it YET or you'll look a fool to Russians

Here's what it means:

It's a kind ok park: in the background there is huge building, and it is a hall to concerts, sport plays etc.
And near that hall there is such round, called Pergasola and it is just such place to have a walk, rather not morning jogging
