it depends if i got shit to do the next day.. as in college or wht not then i prefer sleeping early and waking up with a pleasant pace... 7 hours of sleep is perfect... i can sleep when ever after 6 o or 7 hours max i automatically wakeup ...
if i got nothing to do the day after its an open night tht could last till the next day if theres something going on

When I go to school in the morning, I usually go to sleep at 2 am and get up at around 6:30 am, and when I go in the afternoon, I usually go to sleep at around 3 am and get up at around 10-11 am.
