I used plain grainy mustard, the Maille kind. It worked fine.

Gotta love it. I had a beast training today, so it felt amazing to eat so much

Same here, had pasta and chicken for dinner with that hot sauce (above) mixed in with a small portion of regular pasta sauce, mushrooms, peppers and some celery. Tasted unreal

Because of time restraints I had to work out yesterday evening and then again this morning. I'm hurting all over
