on the usbject of pasta i made some tasty carbonara today:tasty:

tomorrow for lunch its going to be pesto coated chicken,stuffed with mozzarella,wrapped in parma ham,browned and then roasted with some roasted sweet potato and tomatoes

so...nothing fancy,just lunch with my sister

One of the main lines of the "Funnybot" show was that Jimmy hosted a comedy awards show for which he accepted all the awards for winners who would not show up for it -- except for Tyler Perry, who nobody can understand why they give him money and yet he cleans up from all the black people who cannot explain why they like him.

The bit where the Germans were voted the least funny people in the world was pretty hilarious, though.

i am on holiday,i am working out a lot too but hey mu sister just had a baby and she needs fed up,this has everything she needs,protein,low GI carbs,dairy and lycopene rich tomatoes...it's nutritionally prefect

Whats great about parma ham & mozarella. The rest is fine but those two are packed with saturated & trans fat plus the parma ham is loaded with sodium. That shit goes straight to your gut.
