    Well, if you have a big breakfast in the morning, you're less inclined to pig out in the evening & have those late night snacks. Eating & then sleeping right away causes fat build up.

    Byrone, your avatar makes me think of the Makhaza toilet drama going on here...
    I'll add a corrugated iron enclosure around it to make it better.:D

    I love Bfast. For me its the greatest meal ever.
    I am a pig when it comes to this meal.

    Example:
    5 Egg whites made with veggies and cheese.
    Red Beans
    Croissant or pancakes
    Cereals with honey and low fat milk
    OJ

    and then I pop a multivitamin pill :D
