roast lamb should always come with a nice gravy/jus, personally i would not put the broccoli/cheese combo near that...it is just wrong
instead you should either-
de-bone the lanb.open it right up and marinade it with some ras al hanoit,cloves and paprika for several hours, and cook,use the bone to make a nice stock and cook your veg,chickpeas,etc in it and serve with cous-cous
or
run a knife along the bone and open it up a little,make a breadcrumb,parsley,garlic,basil stuffing and roast that badboy,basting with red wine every 15 minutes to make a nice gravy,serve with roasted potatoes and steamed veg
