damn man i made the tastiest thing ever

i boned a whole leg of lamb, sliced it open as far as i could and smothered it with a combination of raz el hanout and a Harissa and rose ru, then wrapped it up and put it in teh fridge to marinade for 6 hours

i used the bone to make a lovely thick stock, cooked the lamb in the oven, sliced it thinly and covered it witha little Paprika and fresh mint, had it with some cous-cous and veg cooked in the broth

If you can find them in Stockholm, you should be able to find them in New York.
Well I know quite a lot of people from here emigrated to Sweden, so that's not surprising to me. Usually folks from here in search of a better life go to Germany, Sweden and Australia. However, I don't know much of them that went to USA. Of course it's a huge country and there's bound to be lots of them there, but in my experience, it's unusual.

Nonetheless, it's awesome. Eating čevapi in NYC.
