we krijgen ons geld toch terug via trezeguet.

Bonera is niet zo goed hoor, geloof me.

NOOOOOOOO!!! This got to be a smokescreen, Moggi wants someone else... Vieri is great, but his salary is just uncredibly high, and who wants to give up players like Maresca for Vieri!! No one, if Inter want Maresca, they should give at least Emre+Vieri to us...
Yeah, from now on, everything is a smokescreen!

Walk free??? what you mean? afaik about 20 million was offered for him

The last 5 season this old, lazy, unmotivated timebomb called Bobo Vieri hes scored:

90 goals in 116 matches

i doubt anyone has a better record in serie-a
Wow, what a record!

I have to say, that Vieri would be the best solution. In The NT he learned to play beautiful, with Del Piero and Totti helping him. He is just 30 now, and I simply love the idea of bringing him back.

btw, I do think we will get another striker, if Di Vaio leaves! --> CHEVANTON!

this deal's wack!

Vieri scored so many goals in 5 seasons, but he's also very injury prone (as someone said, like glass). He's over 30, so he's on a downhill and the injuries will only get worse. This is no smart investment. Inter will walk away with extra cash, a very good goal keeper, and a younger DV who. I dont even want to mention the stupidity of inculding Maresca in the deal!

Getting Bobo ==> he'll be a starter ==> Trez will surely be sold ==> who'll we have on the bench WHEN bob gets injured?!

we now only have Miccoli. Zalayetta is gone. This means we'll have to buy another high (not highest) quality striker. This will cost money; Money that should be spent reinforcing the D.

going with this deal just adds headaches to the team.

I have feeling that Trez is going to extend with Juve

lets convert seasons into games.

One seasons would be around:
- 34 serie A games a season.
- Let's say 8 CL/UEFA games for example (2 qualifiying and 6 group stages... i wont even count the 2nd stage)
- Let's say 2 coppa italia games

Over 5 season:
(34 + 8 + 2) *5 = 220

So Inter played at least 220 official games over the last 5 seasons.
VIERI ONLY PLAYED 116 !!! that's only a bit more than half!!!

Impressive scoring record indeed, but his absense will cause us headaches.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO THE OTHER HALF OF THE SEASON WHEN HE'S Injured??!

We only have Miccoli.
please dont say Chevanton, because he's not a full stiker like Vieri.
This means we'll have to get someone at least close to Vieri's standard for the rest of the games and this will cost a lot of money.

Juve should focus on building the D. Zebina isn't gonna cut it!

The IDEAL striking force:

Vieri, Del Piero, Chevanton, Miccoli + Kapo if needed or Benjamin from the primavera!
NOT Very Ideal IMO.

having DP, Miccoli, and Chevanton is just overkill.

DP, Miccoli, DV, Trez and Zala was way better. a lot more balanced.

he played 116 out of all the serie-a matches of the last 5 years ( 170) so not the greatest record, but not that bad.

talking about vieri, how many has del piero missed over the past 5 years at the club? Trezeguet wasnt all that healthy either.

vieri can come in as long as we have back up. in all honesty, if vieri misses a some football during the season and a player liek gilardino or cavenaghi are his back up and play well and learn etc...then i wont be upset at all.

fully agreed, adrian.if anything i'm grateful that certain unfortunate circumstances has allowed us to see what miccoli and maresca are capable of.

sad thing is though that Lippi didnt utilise those situations enough. maybe if he did, we would have done better this season.
