I've picked out the strongest attributes of each league in my opinion:

Serie A: Tactical variety of competing teams
Serie B: Juventus???
EPL: 'Fantastic Four' (Mourinho, Ferguson, Wenger & Benitez).
La Liga: Most competitive in terms of breath at the top of the league.
Le Championnat: Marseille's re-emergence.
Bundesliga: Bremen - one of the most entertaining teams in Europe.
Eredivisie: Title race.

don't know why you've picked that year, since the second yugoslavia broke up in 1992. unless you're refering to that yugoslavia that was formed afterwards which was without croatia, slovenia, bosnia. anyway the supporters part stands as the territory of ex-yugoslavia has the craziest supporters, but most idiotic as well.
