I have not really followed the crimes of these clubs so I would like someone who actually knows what their crimes were to tell me. As it seems very bizarre that they were punished , they appealed and their punishment was reduced. I know Juventus is guilty as sin so please do not bore with Juve's case.
Even if they fixed 1 match , they should have been relegated but if not then I wanna know why they were implicatyed in the first place

all I know about milan is that Milan and udinese had fixed their match on 04/05 season, in order to get udinese into CL. the game ended 1-1.
I think the bosses of fiorentina and lazio had done the same like moggi, but not in that quantity..
I don´t know the rest..

I cant remember the date, but Meani asked for a specific linesman prior to the Chievo match, which is pretty much Moggi did as well.
Personally, it is hard to believe that was only time Milan asked for a specific referee and that Galliani & Berlusconi had no idea about it.
Moreover, even if they had no idea about Meani's actions, Milan is a privately owned company with far more board control than Juve's average shareholders.
Taking that into consideration, it is absolutely shocking that such a vast difference in treatment between Juve and Milan could exists.
The whole trial is unjust.

In the phone taps, CLAUDIO LOTITO tells former FIGC vice-president Innocenzo Mazzini that Diego Della Valle has made him "a bandit's offer" in relation to their game against Fiorentina at the end of the 2004-05 season. Lotito is also under investigation by magistrates in Milan on suspicion of market-rigging involving Lazio shares.

Does that mean that Moggi was also helping out Fiorentina? Anyways I hope there are more than these as complaining that you are being treated unfairly is hardly a crime . But thanks rebel, please if you have more i would like to see them

I know what our crimes are, not everything but enough, I am more interested in what these 3 clubs crimes were and thus far I have not read anything which makes for interesting read as regards to match fixing. I am just reading hearsay only Rebel has brought out anything resembling concrete and even thats pretty flimsy. Roma offered watches to referees not presents and that maybe construed as sarcastic in the way they keep time, I don't know, but you do not relegate a team for that.I am really interested in real crimes as what i have seen thus far it seems they are using other clubs as scapegoats so that it would not look as if Juventus are the only club punished

and had the investigations been broader you would see more teams on the list...and when I say unfairly punished, what I really meant was 'unfairly judged'.
Not that I think Juve isn't guilty, but because Juve isn't the only guilty party...you say you know their crimes, do you know what Juve are actually charged with and the evidence that proves it?

If you watched most of the serie A games (other teams as well) you would not be so harsh in your judgement of Juve and rather question the hasty and not well thoroughly conducted investigations.

You can call me blind, but I witnessed Milan, Inter and Juventus ALL having their fair shares of favoritism, with Milan and Inter leading in the last 2 seasons, but none except Juve are always in the headlines.

AFAIK, the fixing of the udinese match was not investigated. This came from the individual involved in the belgian scandal, so there were no wire taps involved. I guess they ruled only on the linesman request, so milan fans will tell you that a request for one lineman one time is not a big deal.
