i am aware that the structure of clubs, and the power distribution within clubs, differs quite drastically between england and italy...or at least used to.

i know much about many of the assistant managers in england, partly because i saw some of them play in their playing careers, but also, because they are often speaking for the team, or making comments about the team. I can't say I have come across the same thing in my passionate support of the italian league, over these last 14 years or so...

who is our present assistant manager Francesco Conti????

what pedigree does he have, as a tactician? as a man? (other than the short outline on wikipedia)

Many are interested in Marotta for example, who has an obviously vital role at the club which is never quite completely explained to me, and then his connection and position/duties in regards to paratici...their duties seem to overlap...the scouts, the youth coaches, the people nurturing our future and maintaining and attempting to improve our present. How they all interact, and what proven talents they have, is important for me to know.

truly, i am at the end of my tether with this website...for the owners and moderators, a few excluded, dont seem to give a flying fuck, if serious, obviously related to juventus points are raised, and even moderators react to them with what amounts to the brain of a pea...and still expects applause/...

and the main, defining difference, with the offside blog, is that generally, give or take the odd weird amauri fan, the members are pure juventini, not like here...

I do realize that I am the counterpart to what some may label the eternal optimist; perhaps I am the merchant of doom, or the ephemeral pessimist, but it is my intention to see Juventus do well. I have been an avid fan and supporter of this team since the early 90's and it greatly troubles me to witness how far we have regressed.
