Damn. When Lisbon set an all-time record high here four years ago, it was "only" 114. But there was this crazy-ass Moroccan Sahara dust storm in the air too. All I remember is a few days later the skin on my eyelids starting peeling off. Like I had lizard eyes or something. It was tres freaky.
Wear eye protection, Kyle. You don't want some lizard alien baby popping out of your eye sockets a few days from now.

Once again, I am watching the Portuguese women's NT play a WC qualifier... this time against Turkey, and they are well on their way to qualifying for the WC for the first time.
Now the saddest part is, as over the weekend, the football is far more entertaining than what I will witness later tonight under Allegri. Watching Juve now is like spending two hours at an in-person work meeting after chugging colonoscopy bowel prep.

Yesterday on tv here about the inflation and gas prices. Highest inflation ever, plus people going from €400 up to €1200 per month for their gas bill. House market exploded, less than 1% of houses on the market is available for middle income people who want to buy alone.
Guys I’m already doing and trying it for years, but if you’re in the EU and you’re a middle income earner like almost everyone and especially if you have kids, try to weapon yourself against this situation by building multiple sources of income.
There’s the highest demand for workers since ever, so even though prices are sky rocketing and our wages remains almost the same, this is really the time one should try to do a step extra otherwise you’ll be broke as hell within a few years. It’s not a classical situation with no work and high prices.
It’s insane that regular teaches, labourers, policemen and stuff will have struggles to survive from their normal salary.
