Nice, small backyard though

I, myself, was in Tiburon this weekend looking at real estate

That's absolutely beautiful. That might be one of my favorite houses I've seen.

I hate these newly renovated/built soulless bullshit that eventually gets built. Look at this hipster bullshit

Belvedere neighborhood in Tiburon is pure real estate porn

I don't mind the post modern asthetic but no backyard/ private space that shits basically an apartment.

I really like contemporary / modern architecture. I enjoy interior designing (and furniture).
Having said that, most of the traditional (old) architectural designs are outright gorgeous.
Unfortunately, in Texas, we have a very little imagination and the overwhelming majority of the houses are plain boring.

Is 5.561 dollar a reasonable amount for each English language session?
It depends on many variables, including, but not limited to, what you are learning/focusing on, who is supplying the materials, the length of the sessions, the class size (whether it's a private session or a group class), the qualifications and years of experience of the teacher/tutor. However, $6 is the equivalent of B180, which is incredibly cheap, even by Thai standards.

I specialize in Test Prep (SAT, ACT, IETLS, TOEFL, etc...), and I usually charge more (although I try to be fair), but I also have 15 years of experience in the field, and I don't only teach English. I help IB students with their college applications, their TOK essays, and their Extended Essays. I also help undergraduate students with their papers (editing for clarity, coherence and lexical resource).

Holy real estate porn edition of the Tuz...

 So much money. So much Russian money.

The closest equivalent we have here in Lisbon is a place that, and I quote the locals, "looks like an Angolan lives there".

Frankly speaking, I am a little surprised as well. It should have been close to $10 million with the way it is decorated and its location.
In California, this might easily go for $10 million.
Yes, but that sort of aspirational F-U Instagram tacky that you get from rich Russians isn't as common in Cali, even if it exists.

Swank. It's a gorgeous area, let alone the home. Americans get a little caught up in their "faux Tuscan" nonsense at times, and this teeters on the edges of that. But not so much that it smells like french fries (i.e., McMansion).

Overly angular with a weird mix of wide, bland spaces and tight bedrooms. That is a house that was not designed for living in. Some architect's jerk off for his portfolio.

If I get rich, I wanna buy one of these bad boys with a shitload of land

Yeah, but you'd weigh 500 kilos because all you would be able to do there is ride your rider mower all day long to care for all that landscaping. The maintenance costs for staff alone are going to be almost seven figures a year.
