Best condition to work or learn or whatever is when you have a light hangover. Not too strong that it has a bad influence to the quality of your work, but strong enogh that it gives you a bad conscience, when you won‘t do your work and strong enough that you don‘t feel like you have to drink/do drugs again as soon as possible.
