We'll see. I'm (still) ill and yet to start working there. But honestly, I highly doubt that. Salary will be my highest so far but I can't say I'm happy cause it's not enough for me to stand on my own foot. What I didn't like is the boss mentioning how my salary won't go up much and it won't go up any time soon. I think it has a great potential for me to learn a whole lot over there which will be a huge bonus for my CV. But if I wanna do something with my life I'll most likely look for other opportunities. If something pops up I'll surely consider. If not, well, I'll try to rethink about the whole deal in a year when I see if I can settle there or just move on.

Pretty weird situation too. My working hours will be 8.5 per day. 30 minutes extra so I'd work 8 hours fully without a break :rolleyes: and not just that, but every other Saturday will be a workday which fucking sucks.
I used to work pretty much every Saturday at my other job, it’s not that bad. Do you get overtime for it?

Not a penny for Saturday. And each day I'll have 30 minutes extra which won't be paid. Plus overtime that happens from time to time which also doesn't get paid.

But that's like a written rule for 95% of the companies here. That's why we have investors coming. Low wages and you get to terrorize people.

That sucks man. I guess you can think of it as being a salaried job if that makes it easier. But hope it gets better over there.

@Ocelot

Grats on the 100 official years. Your country have produced some great men: Haydn, Mozart, Freud, Wittgenstein, but no one compares to the son of Alois and Klara. Keep up the good work.
