2. I'll probably will take a break, I'm really out of shape. Endurance was my biggest asset when I played football now I only run to catch a bus and I'm a heavy smoker. I worry for my lungs more than anything.

Also exercise sure but grass is good for your brain in many ways, don't give it up completely (obviously you wouldn't) and that's coming from a lifelong non-smoker.

kind of freaked me out because of the delay in hitting. I was drinking and enjoying a bowl, having already forgottten the DMT, and one second i was normal the next it was hitting me in full force. Probably would've liked it alot more had it hit when i was expecting as opposed to randomly later.
But that shit works. I've never tripped so hard, experienced complete ego death, so if thats what you're going for it won't disappoint.
