Shame, shit town. Why does collegue students stop a decent footie bar?
I don't know, seem like all the bars gear themselves to the hipster scene. At least the ones closest to my house do. Play electronic music or classic rock videos. You gotta go to the old school places to watch footie and they usually shut down early.

Saturday afternoons aren't a problem, but the mid-week matches can be hard to find.

No TV? No copa libertadores? No luchadores?

Man, Mexico sounds like the kinda place where the only thing to do is get drunk and massbate until your jalapeño falls off.

I just live in a smaller more traditional town. Most folks watch matches in their homes with friends and family. Which is complete contrast with Queretaro (where I lived originally) and other cities where they have football cantinas. You order drinks and as long as you keep ordering they keeping bringing out courses of food. I've made it all the way from quac and salsa to carne asada. So good.

I went to Veracruz for Carnival and it was amazing. I should be in GDL sometime in the next few months. My uncle just moved there for work. Can't wait to check out the tequila region and shoot down to Colima for a bit.

I'm basically teaching Mexico's version of the EPA how to use map making software to make their jobs easier and their work better. I live in Tlaxcala which is about 30km north of Puebla.
