This is exactly what i've felt before posting  all these members with the huge post count and there's me with the first post, knowing some of the inside jokes and all. Being a newbie pissed me off sometimes, i've felt like no one reads my posts just because i don't have a huge post count. :D
Totally forgot about the other poster who bitched about this too

An election for someone to represent the employees. I don't know what it's called in English. They're totally unprofessional (especially one of the sides) and puts me in a position which is really uncomfortable. A woman (of course) started talking to me about stuff which happened long before I started. Now, I heard it from both sides and I try explaining her that. She keeps talking about it, with me trying to make her understand that all of this has nothing to do with me. It ends with her crying.

Sören work union related representative I take it, was involved in similar mess two years ago, it's a position no one wants to get near in my company. Though election sounds odd, for us it's just an extra job you can apply for. Usually good if someone serious takes the position and not some drama Queen, since our terms and conditions tend to improve.

How about you scadadel out of this amateurish mess? Seems really unnecessary to involve personal dramas to your whole work place.
