    That would be boss!

Just tweak your name to Vagisili instead.

Doc is pushing me to get an ultrasound despite being 98 percent sure this swollen lymph node thing is nothing.
Congrats, Salvo. When is the baby due?

;) No, just get it checked out. You'll waste less time worrying.

Insurance companies can be the fucking devil sometimes. I read somewhere that the reason hospital bills are so high is because they will refuse to pay the full amount and always shortchange them, thus hospitals increasing prices just to get a reasonable payment.
No, the real reason hospital bills are so high is that they have a mandate to save lives despite the ability to pay... such as the ER, etc. So for every person who comes in with full insurance and wants a colonoscopy, there are six gunshot victims and girl thrown off a balcony that have no insurance. To balance the books and keep hospitals solvent, the insured have to pay 5-10x or more to cover the rest of the costs.

Apparently I'm a Nazi "because of my views."

I didn't know Nazis were progressive, liberal, leftists who believed in gay marriage and equality...

I should really look into this Nazi thing.

I heard that it costs $2,000 to call out an ambulance in the US?
Depends, if you're in a county or municipality, it is more than likely part of the city taxes and is covered by what you're taxed each year. Depends on state, city, blah blah though.
