We were having a beer after work after we spent last night together. I was dead tired and it felt like we were running out of conversation. Suddenly I got an overwhelming urge to get the fuck out of there, like a bomb was just waiting to go off. So I apologized and told her that I think we should call off date day and that I'll call her tomorrow. She couldn't really figure out what was happening and started crying.
Now I'm home wondering what the fuck just happened.
I actually can see how this can happen. Sometimes you need a break. The best way to fix that, if you want to, is to simply call her and let her know you weren't feeling well. Doesn't sound like a dilemma to me. You either want to be with her or you don't.
Tonight I'm going to see mad spacemen from San Diego blaring guitars and horn sections at SF's Independent. Given the low preponderance of people I know into that noise, I'm going it alone. arty:

Sounds like you got a cold feet situation there, pretty weird since you're not about to get married.
But yeah, you were pretty much an ass. Not just an ass but a weirdo as well lol. You should not think about the relationship now at all, but you should totally at least text her and apologize for that.
Friday night in Mexico. Walking home from happy hour with mi amiga and right outside my house is a group of mexicanos in a convertible audi, blasting techno and slamming pacificos. They gave us each a cervesa.

Actually this neighborhood - called Alamo Square - used to be very sketchy but has improved a little over the years. Already got in a convo with this local dude at a nearby coffee shop before the show...
