It's pretty sad how people like to ridicule their pets, but really the dog is hardly going to be bothered, often they are so docile and just glad of the attention Plus many breeds have very strong neck muscles and thick skulls. I'd be more worried about the items breaking.

So this morning I attempted a "get out of bed" maneuver which involved a roll and lift with the arm, thinking to myself I would pop straight off the bed in a flash. Unbeknownst to myself I had slept on the arm I intended to use as a make shift pole vault and ended up doing a spectacular face plant onto my wooden floor.

My only wish was that I could have seen myself do it because it must have looked hilarious.
