But comfortably enough away.
:D
Ah nice, which areas will you be visiting?

Malta - 300 days of sun a year; Coventry - 300 minutes of sun a year

Ill be there mainly for family, so ill stay pretty local, near Catania. Ill go around a bit though, Rome for sure (my uncle is there), hopefully Torino. First time I'm catching a plane by myself, a little stressed. :p

Oh we are comparing a country versus a city now? That's probably fair if I'm being honest, roughly the same population.

You've obviously never been to Coventry, we only get 30 minutes of sun a year.

quick google search shows coventry has a population of ~320,000. In Malta we are around 420,000...so seems about right haha

Rome is great. Torino when I went seemed quite industrial, though wasn't there long, as was skiing at a resort on the border of France and forced my friends to come with me to the Juve stadium! Catania is nice too. I like all of Italy, only parts of Naples and Reggio Calabria I didn't particularly like.

Yeah, I'd only go for Juve if I do. I love Rome, adore it.

I quite liked Torino in the short time I was there.

Wouldn't be a major stop in a trip to Italy, but a nice enough place to loiter for a day or two.

Milan, on the other hand...
