I actually got a kick out of the way Avid costumer service handled my childish outburst, check this out
(After I asked for a driver which would make my soundcard run on win8 64bit, she sent me a link and my laptop bluescreened and had to be formated, despite being 4 days old)
My response after that:
"Splendid piece of advice, I now need to system repair my brand new laptop
as it wont boot. I hope you have an excellent salary, becuase youre doing a
wonderful job."
Her response:
