I don't take lunch breaks so I'm not familiar with that situation. But I would probably tell them to fuck off or just look at them with empty eyes so that they would understand to fuck off by themselves.

Office environments are the most unintentionally funny places ever. The complete bullshit you hear people coming out with and everyone has to take it seriously to justify them being paid to be there. In my experience, most people who sit in offices all day don't achieve anything productive. They just get themselves stressed about nonsense little things to make themselves seem important.
