There are some decent US beers if you look for lower production levels by beer freaks who care. But I'm really talking about the demise of Garbage Men here.

I know there are some micro breweries in the US that have some kick ass ales, I've been a lot in this thing lately and I have read decent reviews from people I trust when it comes to hop tasting. The only problem is that these beers will never find their way here and a trip to the US, mainly California, has been whirling around lately just to visit some breweries.

Microbrewing here has been going on for a good 20 years like your breadmaking. It's forced the hand of the commercial brewers to do more in that domain.

And the Plzen reference was to their demolishing of Napoli 3-0 yesterday at the San Paolo.

I prefer the harder ones but smelly is a must with the exception of Comté that is my absolute favourite. Try Delices de cremiers, it's melty, white in colour (as any other delices) but not that smelly.

Actually lately I have been enjoying some nice ales with cheese much more than wine. I just downed a Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere Harvest and a bottle of NSB organic. Who said Americans can't make beer?

i've had tuborg, it's pretty good. the microbrews are crazy good tho. the tastes differ so much from one type to the other and there's countless brands out there.

Ran into the old missus a couple of days ago. It's amazing how much shit can be said on a 9 minute bus ride

IT'S SATURDAY!!!

When I woke up I thought it was Sunday already, was moaning about tomorrow (Monday) already. My friend called me and said that we should go drinkin'. I was like wtf, since when have we been drinking on Sundays. Started to argue with him about which day it is. God damn I felt stupid when I realized that it's actually Saturday. But it's a good thing, now I can drink beer like no tomorrow.
