Drink twice a day when its available, generally too lazy to make it myself (kind of tea I drink is not made quickly with just hot water and basic teabag), hence why I dont say daily.

Yah, used to drink it like it nearly everyday when I was working. Otherwise I would've never made it past 9 a.m.
