The easy solution is to permaban rus, half the forum wants it.

Seriously, there's a very easy method to containing the stupidity:

Reminds me of a friend who had an idea to put a bubble device on a child's head that would amplify the kid's noises and screaming until his poor young ears couldn't bear it anymore.
