Got 10 days until I have to find a real job. I need to be nice to people in the real world. At uni I can get away with ignoring everyone, not in a sulky teenage way - i'm just shite with small talk and don't know how to start conversations about topics i can discuss. My friendship base has usually started via proximity, people deciding to befriend me or alcohol intake. Needs to change.

Aye, im trying to see things differently. But its hard, conversations normal people have revolve around things I don't know and have no interest in. I think I also behave this as a means to avoid developing attachments to people. I'm not a very trusting person . Oh well, it needs to change.

If you want to know something interesting though - I have no problems with speaking to people from different countries, I just struggle with Brits.
