Just looked it up

Sounds like some crazy cold war leftover.

Not feeling too good, slept a few hours and got all aches and pains + sore stomach. I'm not sure why but could be a virus or slight food poisoning.

Anal warts? It is creepy Sheik, that is why I am curious. Odd transmissions. The beep is continuous, it has stopped before and a robotic voice starts reading out names and numbers, once it started playing swan lake. So weird.

I think there's a human desire to want the signals of UVB-76 to seem far more significant than they are. We're wired to want to believe the TV show Lost. And we're disappointed when we learn it's some minimum wage Russian military dude with an open mic, trying to keep his sentry coworkers awake, working too close to ladies with sewing machines.

As the suppressed lower sideband of 4625 kHz, there's little fidelity you can pack in such a narrow bandwidth. So even if you tried to read into it for secret signals, you're not getting much more than a dial-up modem circa 1992.
